1. Services Provided
615 Softwash provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, house washing, concrete and driveway cleaning, parking lot cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning. All services are performed using industry-standard equipment and techniques designed to safely clean exterior surfaces.
Service details, pricing, and scope of work will be agreed upon before the job begins. Any additional services requested after work has started may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by 615 Softwash are based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer request. Estimates are not final until confirmed in writing or verbally approved by the customer. Pricing may change if conditions differ from what was originally disclosed, including but not limited to surface condition, accessibility, size discrepancies, or unforeseen obstacles.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Failure to submit payment in a timely manner may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent, and 615 Softwash reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or extreme weather.
Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing fragile or valuable items from the service area. While our team takes care to protect your property, 615 Softwash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, loose materials, or items not properly secured.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues, such as cracked concrete, loose siding, roof damage, or electrical concerns, prior to service.
5. Property Condition and Liability
Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage that was previously hidden by dirt, algae, or buildup. 615 Softwash is not responsible for damage resulting from existing wear, deterioration, poor installation, or structural issues.
We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and surrounding areas; however, some plants or surfaces may be sensitive to water or cleaning solutions. Customers acknowledge and accept these risks when services are approved.
6. Satisfaction and Re-Clean Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you must notify 615 Softwash within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of 615 Softwash.
